Monna "Sue" Starcher
Monna "Sue" Starcher, age 87 passed from this life February 17, 2010. She spent most of her youth in Portage County, Ohio, later moving to the Akron area where she met and married Raymond Starcher and raised their three boys. Monna had a passion for reading and loved making crafts as a hobby. She will be remembered for her tireless efforts for those in need and her involvement with many charitable organizations. Monna had a deep faith and strong love for God and family and will be sadly
missed.
She is survived by sons, Rodney (Kathy), Kenneth and Ricky (Susan); sisters, Mable Deitle, Dorie Jones and Lena Kunkle and numerous loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her wish was donations be sent to the Lupus Foundation.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at the Community of Believers Christian Church, 2543 State Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. Condolences and special memories may be shared online at www.heritagecremation.com.
