Guestbook for Monna Sue Starcher Showing 1 - 3 of 3 entries.

We met Sue in 2008 at our auto repair shop in Akron. It was always so nice to sit and talk with her while we fixed her car. She will be deeply missed. She loved her family very much. Her face would light up when she'd talk about her newest grand child. God Bless her family in this time of loss. We hope you find comfort in knowing Sue touched so many peoples lives.

Aunt Mona I will miss you. I know my mom Beverly had a special spot in her heart just for you, as we all do. I hope to take your lead and age gracefully and remain so young at heart. I am so glad we had lunch together last month! My sympathy goes out to Rodney,Kenny, and Ricky and the family - love Cathy

What a special wonderful lady Sue was. Very elegant and gracious. I will always treasure the bead icicle ornaments she gave me years ago. They always go on the Christmas tree. We had a lot of fun dressing my baby, Mark, and taking him to CCA events. (He's 23 now) For years she was our "trash lady" for Lupus' CCA. What a job! I tried to help a few times and was amazed at the piles and piles of receipts and wrappers we had to sort and cut and count and bunch- and she did it faithfully for years to earn money for the Akron Area Lupus Foundation. We would often sit in the cute little kitchen window niche and drink tea when I'd visit. She wouldn't tell people her real name, but went by Sue, and was very proud to not look her age- which she wouldn't tell anyway! I miss that lady!
